Jitka Petrášová

Jitka Petrášová (born in Strakonice in 1981) graduated from the Department of Art Education at the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice in 2000-2008 and from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (Painting Studio I, Robert 2019-2025 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (Painting I studio, Robert Šalanda School Šalanda; Painting Studio IV, School of Marek Meduna and Petr Dub; Guest Artist Studio, Anton Vidokle). In June 2025, she defended her master's thesis at the Academy of Fine Arts entitled Gardens Neglected Today. In addition to painting, she also devotes herself to illustration.
